User Agreement

Welcome to use the Privee AI - Soulful AI Game application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). The Application is provided by [Privee AI Dev]. Before you start using the Application, please carefully read and understand all the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
1.2 If you do not agree to any part of this User Agreement, please immediately discontinue use of the Application.

2. License
2.1 The Application grants you a limited personal license to use on a single iOS device for non-commercial purposes.
2.2 You may not resell, rent, lease, distribute, or copy any part of the Application in any way.
2.3 You may not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

3. Personal Information and Privacy
3.1 We value user personal information and privacy, and undertake to protect your personal information.
3.2 We will comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, lawfully collecting, using, and processing your personal information.
3.3 Please review the Privacy Policy of the Application to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

4. User Behavior
4.1 You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and bear the responsibility for any violation of laws and regulations.
4.2 You may not use the Application for any illegal, infringing, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or other harmful activities.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Application and all related content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Application without permission.

6. Risk of AI Generated Conversations
6.1 Please note that there is a certain risk of instability in the AI-generated conversation feature of the Application. Although we have taken various technical measures to improve its accuracy and stability, we cannot guarantee the quality and accuracy of generated conversations.
6.2 We recommend that you exercise caution when using the AI-generated conversation feature and understand that due to the nature of AI algorithms, generated conversations may not meet expectations or be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Application is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Application.

8. Termination
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without prior notice or liability.
8.2 We may terminate your license to use the Application immediately if you violate any provision of this User Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Philippines.
9.2 Any disputes arising from this User Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as much as possible. If no agreement can be reached, it shall be submitted to [Philippines Applicable Court/Arbitration Institution] for resolution.

10. Changes
10.1 We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the Application and will be effective immediately upon posting.
10.2 Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
